Our holiday home caretaking package is a comprehensive service for owners who don't live permanently at Balaton. It includes regular garden care (mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, watering), exterior property inspection (shutters, doors, fence, roof) and pre-arrival preparation (garden tidied, fresh mowing and cleaning on arrival). In winter months we keep an eye on the property – snow clearing, securing water pipes, preventing damage. We offer monthly or seasonal contracts, or one-off surveys.
